For manufacturing of construction materials our enterprise uses modern high-technology equipment.
Timber used for houses construction goes through drying of condensation type “EBAC”, which provides steady raw material drying of high quality to humidity 15-18%.

The price is calculated for 1 m² of total area of the house. The price varies subject to the complexity of the planning design and is negotiated with each customer individually!!!!

At the client’s expense are:
- Foundation upon our draughtsmanship
- Invitation in order workers obtain a visa (in case of construction abroad)
- Residence and food for workers
- Steam-barrier film
- Heater (mineral wool plate)
- Roof material (tile etc.)
- Plumbing
- Electricity
Expense of visa execution bears a Seller. A Customer pays Taxes for workers in the client’s country.
Payment terms: 50% of prepayment in the time of signing a contract, 40% in the time of giving out the custom invoice, 10% when the construction is finished.
